Community Manager - Alternance

  • Social media management: Manage and animate the company's presence on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

  • Content creation: Design engaging posts (text, image, video) and propose creative ideas to attract the audience.

  • Digital strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of the digital and editorial strategy to enhance brand awareness.

  • Community moderation and interaction: Respond to messages, comments, and manage interactions with followers while ensuring a positive relationship.

  • Monitoring and analysis: Keep up with social media trends, monitor competitors' actions, and analyze the performance of actions taken (KPIs).

  • Organization of online events: Propose and manage digital events (live sessions, contests, collaborations with influencers, etc.).

Alternance - Based in Paris. Hybrid position.

Experience

Degree in communication, digital marketing, or equivalent AND/OR in design.

Education

Prior experience in social media management is a plus. Experience in design is required.

Skills

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).

  • Excellent command of language (clear and impactful writing).

  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere, and the Adobe Suite in general.

  • Creativity and a strong sense of aesthetics for visual content creation.

  • Knowledge of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.

  • Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.

Languages

English, additional languages are appreciated.

Position

Vinyl press Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vinyl Press Operator to join our production team.

 

The Vinyl Press Operator will be responsible for overseeing the vinyl pressing process, ensuring the production of high-quality records that meet the company’s standards.

This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for vinyl records. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or similar fields, with a focus on precision and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate vinyl pressing machines and related equipment in the production of vinyl records.

  • Set up and adjust machines according to the specifications of each project.

  • Monitor the pressing process, ensuring correct temperature, pressure, and timing for optimal record quality.

  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance, checking for defects such as warping, surface imperfections, or inconsistencies in audio playback.

  • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure proper functioning and prevent production delays.

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Communicate with production managers and other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the pressing process.

  • Keep accurate records of production runs, machine performance, and maintenance logs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in operating industrial machines, preferably in a vinyl pressing or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of vinyl records and the pressing process is a plus.

  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and occasional weekends, depending on production needs.

Full-time - Based in Paris and Béziers Area. 2 jobs available.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of vinyl production processes, including mastering, plating, and finishing.

  • Experience in quality control or audio engineering.

  • Familiarity with safety and maintenance procedures for industrial equipment.

Working Conditions:

  • The role involves working in a production environment with noise and heat from machinery.

  • Must be comfortable handling raw materials, vinyl pellets, and other related products.
